Emily Wilburn Andrews

Emily Wilburn Andrews is the majority owner and CEO of Wilburn Medical USA, a medical distribution company in North Carolina that serves healthcare professionals. Wilburn Medical’s primary focus is point-of-care testing. However, Wilburn offers a diverse range of products like industry giants, but without the high overhead, they pass the savings to their customers. Under Emily’s leadership, Wilburn Medical USA was ranked #30 among North America’s 50 fastest-growing women-owned and led companies.
Emily was recognized as one of WPO’s Women2Watch for two consecutive years and, today, serves as a member of the Board of Directors for HIDA (Health Industry Distributors Association.) On the weekends, you can find her staying active by hitting the gym or ski slopes with her husband, then recharging with friends, family, and her local church. Regardless of where you encounter Emily, she hopes you’ll leave her presence feeling encouraged and uplifted.
Steve Beck
Conflict Management Consultant
Steve Beck is an executive and leadership team coach with expertise in the area of positive conflict and cultural transformation. After a 25 year career in non-profit leadership, Steve launched a private consulting practice in 2010, helping businesses and organizations resolve conflicts and build positive workplace culture.
During his career, Steve has had plenty of experience with both the barriers and the breakthroughs of interpersonal, workplace and community conflict. As a former “conflict avoider” who learned a lot of conflict lessons the hard way, he often laughs at the irony of the pathway his career has taken. It’s a testimony to the fact that any of us, with a little courage and the right coaching can learn to leverage conflict for positive results.
