Ebony McClinton, Ph.D. is a seasoned Talent and Learning strategist with over two decades of experience shaping leadership pipelines, transforming organizational cultures, and designing people-first talent strategies that last. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executives, HR leaders, and front-line managers across industries to create sustainable development systems that prevent burnout, build resilience, and unlock potential.

As Founder of HumAInity First, Ebony integrates her deep background in learning and development with her expertise in AI and emerging technologies. Her work emphasizes how organizations can responsibly leverage innovation without losing their human touch. She has designed enterprise-wide programs that improved internal mobility, advanced DE&I, and strengthened leadership readiness, while also helping teams adopt AI-powered tools to simplify learning and reduce administrative burden.

Nick Bradley

Chair, C12 Piedmont Triad

World Renowned Rubik’s Cube Expert 

Nick is the world’s foremost expert on spinning thousands of Rubik’s Cubes into giant mosaics. He has spun over 300,000 cubes and turned them into hundreds of mosaics.

Nick Bradley serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Greensboro area of North Carolina. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving over 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Nick has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2024 and currently leads two CEO forums with a total of 25 members.

Before joining C12, Nick served as Lead Pastor/CEO at First Baptist Church of Clovis and its subsidiaries, where he oversaw more than 1,000 people, $2M+ in annual revenue, and 30+ employees. Under his leadership, staff retention increased, revenue and profit grew, employee benefits were implemented, and a clear organizational structure was established.

Nick lives in Lewisville, North Carolina with his wife, Jody. They have two children, Ashlyn and Sydney, and an American Eskimo dog named Daisy. Their family moved to North Carolina in 2022 after a lifetime in sunny California.

CEO, NC Fusion 

Scott Wollaston has 30 years of experience in the youth sports world as a coach, director, facility operator, and leader. He is an Empathetic Coach, a Passionate Visionary, a Driven Leader, and an Intentional Connector. In his role as CEO, Scott is focused on growing the impact of NC Fusion’s mission through strategic relationships, a high functioning leadership team, community involvement, and collaboration throughout the industry. In his role as CEO, Scott also serves as the Executive Director at VA United FC and has developed a growing partnership in southwest Virginia. Scott also co-founded the Institute for Youth Sports Leaders to improve the quality of leadership in youth sports to improve the overall experience in sport for stakeholders.

Sarah Bridges

CXO, NC Fusion 

Sarah Bridges, native of NC with over 15 years of experience in the youth sports world, is a passionate, empathetic leader who wears a lot of hats in her varying roles between work and life. She thrives on processes and high standards, especially when her team is doing the same! As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of NC Fusion, she currently oversees more than 100 employees and supports over 7,000 members, while tag-teaming the leadership of the organization with CEO, Scott Wollaston.
